A smile: Unfortunately sometimes just because it`s a job, many other drivers companies forget that it can also be done with a smile. This will not happen with us since we love our work!
Punctuality and Courtesy: Always on-time, We take pride in being punctual and would rather wait for our clients instead of having our clients wait for us!

At the Airport: After you have taken your baggage through the normal passport control and customs, you will find Us at the exit of your gate. Your driver will hold a sign board with your name written on it, and in cases where we do not meet up, my direct telephone number is: +39 335 654 9969
At the Port: You will find the car parked on the right side of your ship as you exit and your driver/guide will show a sign board with your name on the wind shield so that you do not encounter anyone unauthorized to administer our daily program.

At the Hotel: We will meet you in the lobby of the hotel at the pre-arranged hour, and from there we will begin our tour.

At the Station: You will meet your driver on the train platform at the head of the train where you will find your name written on a sign board.

Yes, a 50% down payment is necessary to confirm your tour , Personal check in USD send it via UPS/DHL (postage expense at your charge), On line payment via PayPal, Although we have required (As Guarantee) your credit card data we do not charge your credit card.

No, We don’t accept credit cards, Payment method of Outstanding balance should be in cash EUROS, As last resort we may accept your credit card , note that in this case a 22% Government tax applies. Ifyou would like to pay in USD CASH note that in this case a 10% exchange fee apply, Please keep in mind that GMPT will have to exchange those dollars into Euros, No bank or exchange office will change into EUR without a fee, It is a well-known fact USD daily rate may change +/- due to the USD-EUR fluctuation/devaluation, We strongly recommend getting EUROS from your US bank prior to travel, you can also collect EUROS from any ATM in Italy.

Yes. We lead a professional Drivers and Guides network, we have associates in all major Italian cities and ports , we provide tours (arranged by our Associated Tour Operator) : In Tuscany – Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, in Venice, Murano, Burano and Torcello, in Umbria – Orvieto, Perugia, Deruta, the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Positano, Ravello and Pompei. We provide shore excursions from the port of Civitavecchia, Napoli and Livorno, We also offer direct non-stop transfers or full day excursions between cities as well as walking tours in each City.

No, tickets for museums or monuments that have a fee are NOT included in our prices.

Yes, we can make tickets and Private Guided tour reservation on your behalf in Rome, Vatican Museum, Pompeii and Florence Uffizi Museum and the Accademia Museum (by Associated Tour Operator).

Absolutely, driver guides speak fluent English.

The Driving/Guides are professionals who have met three important requirements that make them qualified to work with tourists:

Highly specialized and holds two types of licenses: One that insures he knows the city very well, and of course he knows all of the tourist attractions, Knowledge in the history and culture of Italy. This qualifies a driver to be able to describe in the finest details the art and history of the area.
The Driving Guide knows how to provide the best services for our clients by avoiding lines at museums, e.g., SKIP THE LINE entrance, knowing the best restaurants, and shops, both inside and outside of the normal touristy places. In short, THIS IS the service provided by GMPT!

Gratuity is at your discretion, GMPT would like to give you some indication on this subject. As we deal 100% with an American clientele, the average we see (10-16%) seems to be in-line with American standards for tipping. We also realize that every client is different and has their own budget to consider which may vary greatly from client to client.
