If you don't find your answer here, please ask to Me
Q: How do we meet at the airport, the port,
the hotel, or the station? At the Airport A: After you have taken your baggage through the normal passport control and customs, you will find us at the exit
of your gate. Your Driver Guide will Hold a Sign Board with your name written on it. And in cases where we do not meet up,
my direct telephone number is: 39-335-654-99-69
At the Port A: You will
find the car parked on the right side of your ship as you exit and your Driver Guide will show a Sign Board with your name
on the wind shield so that you do not encounter anyone unauthorized to administer our daily program. At the Hotel A: We will meet in the lobby of the hotel at the pre-arranged hour, and from there we
will begin our tour. At the Station A: You will meet your Driver Guides on the platform at
the head of the train where you will find your name written on a sign board.
Q: Are the tickets for the Vatican museums and the Colosseum included in the price? A: The tickets for museums or monuments that have a fee are not included in our prices. They are included
only at the request of the clients. The full amount of the entrances will be debited on the price of the tour. Q: Can we book the tickets for the Vatican Museums? A: Unfortunately, you cannot reserve tickets to the Vatican
Museums. The tickets must be purchased directly at the museum, but we will be able to avoid the crowds and lines by entering
at the VATICAN TOUR GUIDES RESERVED ENTRANCE. For additional details, direct your questions to the Driver Guide, or you may
visit the museums at 1:00 PM, when it is less crowded. Q: The guide in Pompeii? A: Our services do not include a guided tour of the Pompeii excavations. This two-hour walking tour is
always provided by local tour guides , who will be paid by the client in cash on site as well as the entrance tickets.
Q: English Speaking Driver? A: Absolutely, all of my driver guides speak fluent English. All have had at least one year of experience working
in either England or USA. Q: Who are the Driver Guides? A: The Driver Guides are professionals who have met three important requirements
that make them qualified to work with tourists: 1. A driver is highly specialized and holds two types of licenses:
One that insures he knows the city very well, and, of course he knows all of the tourist attractions. Plus, he speaks fluent
English, thanks to the irreplaceable experience of staying in England or America for about one year. 2. A degree
in the history and culture of the region. This qualifies a driver to be able to describe in the finest details the art and
history of the area. 3. And the Driver Guides know how to provide the best services
for our clients by avoiding lines at museums, i.e., VIP Entrance, knowing the best restaurants, and shops, both inside and
outside of the normal touristy places. In short, THIS IS the service provided by Giovanni Musella LLC.
