your reservation for 7 days, in order to confirm your reservation we require (as a guarantee) a
credit card Visa or American Express number, name as it appears on the card and the expiration date. Upon receipt of the Credit
Card data we will consider the option confirmed.
- If your request requires additional
expenses for fuel, highway tolls, driver’s board and lodge or other expenses, Payment in Full or 50%
Deposit in USD is required (3 weeks prior date of arrival).

Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation 10 days before date of requested service FULL refund*
- Cancellation from 9 to 7 days before date of requested service 80% refund
- Cancellation from 6 days to 72 hours before date/time of service, 70% refund
- Cancellation 48 hours before date and time of requested service, 60% refund
- Cancellation 24 hours before date and time of requested service, 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before date/time of requested service, NO refund
- "NO-SHOW" on the date/time of the requested service

Rates do not include:

- Cost for Tour guides, Audio guides devices,

Notes, Changes and Liability
- I reserve the rights to cancel the tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond
our control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost of the tour.(Art. 10 of International Convention relating to
tour contracts, C.C.V. of April 23/1970 notified by law no. 1084 of 27.12.1977).
- I am not responsible
for bad weather conditions in general,
- I am not responsible for partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delays or irregularities caused
by third parties.
- During some religious holidays or private ceremonies by the Pope, it
is not possible to visit the Sistine Chapel or inside the Basilica.
- During the visit
of Churches it is kindly requested that both ladies and gentlemen dress in a manner suitable for entry in a sacred place.
- Final payment (Balance) made in USDollars (Cash), Euros (Cash), Traveller’s cheques or Personal
US cheque on the day of the service.
- I confirm that the credit card number provided will
ONLY be used to guarantee the booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged.
- Gratuities are optional and not mandatory. Tips are a personal gesture and are given whenever the
client fill it is necessary.
- The
price is set considering all costs of organizing the said tour, mileage, fuel, tolls, parkings, the Rate includes: (a) Transportation in deluxe air-conditioned vehicles, (b) assistance
of private English speaking driver, (c) local tour guide where INDICATED.
Rates of transports, tours and excursions may be
modified in the event of unforeseen increases in the cost of service.
