- Your e-mail requesting our services will hold your reservation for 7 days, in order
to confirm your reservation we require (as a guarantee) a credit card Visa or American Express number, name
as it appears on the card and the expiration date. Upon receipt of the Credit Card data we will consider the option confirmed.
- If
your request requires additional expenses for fuel, highway tolls, driver’s room, board or other expenses, Payment
in Full or 50% Deposit in USD is required (2/3 weeks before date of arrival).

Notes, Changes and Liability Year 2009
- I reserve the rights
to cancel the tour without prior notice due to reasons beyond our control with the only obligation of reimbursing the cost
of the tour.(Art. 10 of International Convention relating to tour contracts, C.C.V. of April 23/1970 notified by law no. 1084
of 27.12.1977).
- I am not responsible for bad weather conditions
in general,
- I am also not responsible for partial or total closure of museums, monuments or churches, delays or
irregularities caused by third parties.
- During some religious holidays or private ceremonies by the Pope, it is not possible
to visit the Sistine Chapel or inside the Basilica.
- During the visit of Churches it is kindly requested that both
ladies and gentlemen dress in a manner suitable for entry in a sacred place.
- Final payment (Balance) made in USDollars
(Cash), Euros (Cash), Traveller’s cheques or Personal US cheque on the day of the service.
- I confirm that the credit
card number provided will ONLY be used to guarantee the booking. Your credit card will NOT be charged.
- Gratuities
are optional and not mandatory. Tips are a personal gesture and are given whenever the client fill it is necessary.

Rates of transports,
tours and excursions may be modified in the event of
unforeseen increases in the cost of service.

To confirm your reservation :
$300.00 USD deposit is required 2/3 weeks prior the date of the requested
transport, afterward you will pay the Balance in Cash to the Driver at the end of the service,
either in Euro
or USD equivalent on that date.
